Happy Afternoon

It was really a beautiful day, wasn't it They said on the news the highest temperature was 24 degrees in Kanto area. It was like the beginning of summer.

I had lunch with my friend today. I just heard a good Thai restaurant near my house in recent days and wanted to try. I ordered rice noodle combo and it was hearty My stomach was almost bursting after eating. But we hanged around for a while and found a ice cream shop, Marvelous Cream. Then next moment, our stomach got ready and we were thinking which one to eat. I ate "macaron rouge framboise" ice cream and that was yum Hmmm my mouth is watering...

Sushi Restaurant

Today I went to sushi restaurant with my family. Well, no special reason but we sometimes eat out at the weekend. Almost everyday we cook and eat at home. Mainly my mum cooks but I also cook sometimes if I'm inclined or my mum asks me. Anyway, it was my first suchi in a while. I don't really eat sushi. I like it but I cannot eat so much.

This is what I ate today. Actually we went to conveyor sushi but I ordered a Dosanko(道産子) set using fresh fishes from Hokkaido. I especially like salmon roe roll! Love!! ;D

Do you know TimTam?
It is a chocolate biscuit made by Arnott's, Australia.
The first time I ate the TimTam biscuit was when I was a high school student.
One of my friends who went to study abroad in Australia bought for me.
It is very sweet but I like it.

Yesterday I bought the Timtam at the neighborhood Seiyu(西友).
Usually it costs 420 yen but it is sold at 299 yen!
Amazing!! Inexpensive!!
Is it benefits of the strong yen??
